A unique capital city, the city holds dear to its past with many preservation efforts, but looks to its future as one of the business epicenters in the Western states. 

The largest attraction in the area by far is Helena National Forest. Although this expansive park begins in the city, there are nearly 1 million acres of stunning landscapes that attract mountaineers, hikers and thrill seekers from across the country every year for outdoor recreation. Home to the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail, this park offers stunning views of untouched earth that Lewis and Clark passed through many years ago. Everything from hunting to snowmobiling is offered at this beautiful Montana green space.
