Nice homey atmosphere. Love having french doors on the patio instead of sliding doors. We love the surrounding Read More areas with plenty of shopping and dining variety. Good dog park, for your pets to run and play. Maintenance is prompt and curteous in addressing things that need to be fixed. We are loving our choice to live at the Vue in Bellevue, and plan to stay for years to come.

Grounds are not kept up. Trash not picked up in a timely manner. Buildings are not in the best shape. Request Read Mores not handled in a timely manner or ignored.

It's too expensive. There's not enough parking. The drive area is full of really bad pot holes. Oh and did I m Read Moreention that it is too expensive. There's a peeping tom.

The buildings and units are kept up for the most part. Great location to downtown Omaha, only about 15 mins aw Read Moreay. It seems we are overflowed with garages which leaves a limited amount of free parking. The rent is high and they nickel and dime you for every utility.

My apartment smelled strongly of wet dog when I moved in and there were pins in the carpet of one of the bedro Read Moreoms. The sink in the guest bathroom was rusty, everything is extremely old and in need of updating. The hallways are dark and dingy, the walls are extremely thin and the flooring and appliances are all very old. I will say that maintenance is pretty good about fixing things, but things need fixed ALL THE TIME. No one picks up after their dog, either. Very gross.
