The grounds were pretty and well kept. My apartment was spacious yet cozy and I sometimes miss it. Friendly Read Morestaff at the time I lived there (2009-2010).

For the most part Georgetowne was an excellent place to live. I enjoyed the office staff. I was disappointed Read Morein the officer on duty at the complex when I called him to report a incident and he never answered the call or returned the call. I eventually called 911. Maintenance: I was moving I had my carbon monoxide detector go off several times and when I called maintenance to look into the issue they didn't seem to know that carbon monoxide was an odorless/tasteless gas that can kill.
