Cat Policy: Maximum 2 cats per apartment. Restrictions: Cats are welcome at Harrisburg Square. A detailed explanation of the policy as it relates to pet ownership is available. I do believe they were a bit nitpicky about some items on the checklist when I moved out. I was charged $5 be Read Morecause I did leave the shower curtain up. Charged $5 because they said my oven door wasn't completely cleaned.

I liked the fact that in order to get into the building, I had to have a 4 digit security code. Maintenance w Read Moreas good at making sure the parking lots were clear during the winter season and the lawn was kept up during the summer. What I didn't like is how thin the walls were, laundry room shutdown (would have been better if it was 24hrs), and limited parking stalls. When I left, they charged me for ridiculous things like cleaning my apartment and I know I cleaned that apartment throughout.

Doors to the main apartment buildings were opened using an access code, but the system was often broken. Secur Read Moreity was not good and I had holiday decorations stolen from outside my apartment. Access to the gym and pool was not provided initially and I had to approach the office staff in order to get this access. Maintenance was not very timely and had to return multiple times to fix the same issues (water damage on ceiling - was on top floor, gas heat went out in the winter, etc.)
