When I visited the complex, I asked if I would be able to hear the neighbors above me, and if parking was a pr Read Moreoblem. I was told absolutely not on both items. Parking is horrible. You have to park far away from the skywalk. And, when there are events, the complex will not guarantee residents parking. As far as hearing my neighbors, the tenants above me are always stomping and even running on a treadmill directly over my living room! The pounding on my ceiling is awful! Not worth the costly rent!

Once you sign the lease MC can and will do anything they want no matter how intrusive to you life it is. They Read Morehave mandatory entrances on a regular basis to test fire alarms, change filters, etc. the water has been turned off for construction, the trash chutes have been out of order, and they have been doing construction on the unit above us FOR THE LAST 8 MONTHS! We have complained about the noise multiple times but are told they have a right to do the construction and its too bad.

I really enjoy MTC apartments mainly because of the community, closeness to retail, shopping, and gym. My main Read More criticism is the smell of the building I live in. I live in building 7 and sometimes the odor is stomach turning. I refrain from inviting people over because the smell is so bad at times. It would be nice to have a community center for renters and on-site storage.
