Certified Resident

-reconsider pet policy. The carpets in the halls and elevators are stained from pets that don't get outside in Read More time.
-replace burned out bulbs in halls and garage
-strive to have tenants who care and are committed to staying

Certified Resident

When the complex use to clean my carpet every year free of charge the carpet has buckled in many places. The a Read Morepartment manager told me that if I wanted it "pulled" then I would have to pay for it myself. Why won't the complex pay for that? My carpet looks horrible.

the carpeting is old and dirty, don't

i only have one issure that i dont like, but nothing can be done,, i dont like the fact that in my building ( Read Moredont know about others) the 4 apt. share in the gas and water bill. never did that before and dont really think it is fare, but if that is how it is, ooh well!

I would like my office to return my phone calls. I have maintenance issues that have not been addressed. I f Read Moreind it very poor service for phone calls to be unanswered and messages to go unreturned. The last time I had an issue I had to actually go into the office to ask why my phone call was not returned. My most recent phone call has not been returned in over a week.I do not have time to chase down your staff. I have decided to just start taking pictures of my maintenance issues and posting on social media. Will that finally get attention?
