First, respond to phone calls and messages. Second, follow up when you say you will do things. Third teach the Read More office staff some common courtesy. Fourth, actually FIX things, don't just do the minimum to keep things running half-assed until they break completely. We have called about the same 3-4 issues for years and the last one ended up with having to manually raise/lower the garage door. The problem was first reported by us TWO YEARS AGO. FIX IT ALREADY. And not just for a couple hours. Same with the clogged pipes and water leaking into the apartment. These are not miantence guy issues they are electrician, plumber and management issues that a professional management company should have taken care of a year ago and without telling us we don't pay for a garage when it is part of rent.. Office needs to respond to residents and ongoing problems need to be addressed or credit should be given on rent.
