The staff that worked there when I was there was very helpful and friendly. When you move out I had heard rum Read Moreors that most these complexes generally try and take all of your deposit, apparently that's not true with Tudor, I must have left my apt to their liking because I received all my deposit back. I only lived there 8 months but I was very satisfied with the facilities.

Accommodations were sound for the price charged at the time of my stay. Staff was courteous and response time Read Mores in resolving issues were, most often reasonable. I did have a problem with extensive moisture and mold in the utility closet, and by the time I figured out the problem a resulting allergic reaction forced me to relocate. The staff responded, cleaned and sanitized affected area upon inspection - after being notified; by then I was set to move on.

I had ongoing maintenance concerns (Water leaking through foundation/staining carpet, water leaking through ba Read Morethroom ceiling - ceiling was cut out and then not replaced for 6 months, multiple back ups of dirty water through the dishwasher that flooded multiple rooms in the apartment) that were unaddressed for 6 months, even though I reported the problems repeatedly. Their billing system frequently sent bills for extra charges or unpaid rent notices - all them were incorrect.
