Our One bedroom, One bathroom apartments have 756 square feet of living space. They have an extra large, open, living room with a patio attached. The large master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet, and tons of storage throughout, including a pantry in the kitchen. Our Two bedroom, One bathroom apartments have 1012 square feet of living space, they all have a large walk-through closet with dressing area and vanity, with a private entry to the bathroom. The over-sized living room has sliding glass doors that lead to a patio. Our Three bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, two story, townhomes add up to 1,384 square feet of living space not including the unfinished basements with washer/dryer hookups. They have a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath on the main level. The dining room opens onto a private fenced in patio. The upstairs master bedroom has two walk-in closets, a vanity and private entry to the main bathroom.

Staff kept changing so it was difficult to develop relationships with staff then new staff would be negative a Read Morebout old staff which is a poor reflection of character.

The property was well taken care of, maintenance was quick to fix problems, pool maintained well, and overall good experience.

I felt rent increased each year more than I expected for an apartment that no longer has balconies and no wash Read Moreer and dryer in the apartment. By the end I felt I was paying what I would pay, if not more, than another apartment with more upgrades and more amenities.

I loved my apartment and the location; however, I was very disappointed and upset when they took all the balco Read Morenies off and didn't even offer a discount on rent.

The removal of the balconies 6 months after they were condemned by the city. Instead of repairing they choose Read Moreto remove them and did not give consessions for not being able to use them in the 6 months before a decision was made.

The head manager was always very abrupt and rude when we came in to discuss issues with policies. The yard out Read Moreside our first floor patio got flooded in the rainy season with yellow water and the leasing office seemed to not care at all. They did not offer any way of fixing the problem except waiting for the flooded water to naturally go away by itself.
