The removal of the balconies 6 months after they were condemned by the city. Instead of repairing they choose Read Moreto remove them and did not give consessions for not being able to use them in the 6 months before a decision was made.

Staff kept changing so it was difficult to develop relationships with staff then new staff would be negative a Read Morebout old staff which is a poor reflection of character.

The property was well taken care of, maintenance was quick to fix problems, pool maintained well, and overall good experience.

The head manager was always very abrupt and rude when we came in to discuss issues with policies. The yard out Read Moreside our first floor patio got flooded in the rainy season with yellow water and the leasing office seemed to not care at all. They did not offer any way of fixing the problem except waiting for the flooded water to naturally go away by itself.

I loved my apartment and the location; however, I was very disappointed and upset when they took all the balco Read Morenies off and didn't even offer a discount on rent.

I felt rent increased each year more than I expected for an apartment that no longer has balconies and no wash Read Moreer and dryer in the apartment. By the end I felt I was paying what I would pay, if not more, than another apartment with more upgrades and more amenities.
