I lived above the pool- which was a 24 hr pool with parties that kept me up for year. They tried to close it Read Moreat night but with no security- people jumped fence and parties continued.... It happened for the whole year as people got drunk on hot tub and left beer bottles to prove it- once people left there at 600am and sang and walked naked back to apt!!!

The staff is wonderful, the neighborhood is peaceful, and my apartment has every amenity I wanted for an excel Read Morelent price. More spacious than all the other 1 bedrooms in this price range too.

Our apartment is great and the area is very quiet but I feel like we're being "fee-ed" to death. They don't te Read Morell you every thing is an extra fee. I heard a sales person the other day telling someone that the gym is open 24 hours what she didn't say is there's a charge for that. All utilities are paid by the renter, we were told about most but water & sewer were a surprise. Want to move to another Mark Taylor property (says you can in the lease) for a hefty fee you can, that's not in the lease.

From the first time we went to view the apartments it was just a great experience. There was an elegance with Read Moreeverything there. I was informed of all of the amenities like something as simple as a hot pot of coffee every morning was available at the office, the community activities, the quiet neighborhood and then we found out about the concierge service. That blew my mind. Also, aside from all that the maintenance team would help you decorate your home to make it your own.

Rents, which were paid on time (every month), were not properly processed, and I was eventually reported to a Read Morecollection agency.
