Managmen is horrible & management seem to change too frequently not stable. The ground is terrible theclub h Read Moreouse spa area never operational and the pool is not always ckeaned. The residents have dog without a lease

There isn't any accountability, if I have a complaint about maintenance or need help it's always passed around Read More. I feel like I have to babysit when issuing maintenance requests, they take more than the allotted 48hr window completion. Office staff doesn't return phone calls.

Units are small, no balcony, no dryer, no storage, not all rooms have windows. Dog excrements in the courtyard Read More. Spa is out of order since 3 month, 2nd Spa never worked, Sauna/ Steam room is broken, gym is locked up after business hours , so is the clubhouse.
