Office staff was not always available when needed. Maintenance never responded to issues I had with plumbing. Read More Pool area was closed for a very long time with no explanation or expected time of re-opening.

Apartment looked nothing like model at move in had to get renovations to make it look somewhat decent. Applian Read Moreces were terrible, moldy under all the counters, paint job was really bad. Looked like they took the brush and just blotted it over all the wall. Constant problems with other things, for having one maintenance guy he did good, but it it wasn't well maintained to begin with. Roof had leaks and many more problems.

The walls are too thin. You can hear the neighbors all the time. The trash areas are always a complete mess.
