My A/C went out and it took 8 days for them to fix it. Why 8 days? That's ridiculous. Then I had several othe Read Morer small issues, ice maker not working, ceiling fans making odd noises and toilet constantly running. They did respond quickly to my request but they only fixed the toilet and haven't returned. That was almost 2 weeks ago now. What do I have to do to get anything done here?

Management not that great. Maintenance takes forever to respond to a problem. Areas around buildings unkempt.

Very quite neighborhood, besides traffic, but that's expected when your apartment faces the blvd. When a repa Read Moreir needs to be done, they're on top of it within days

There have been change of name, change of management, Current management took over a week to fix a broken toil Read Moreet and clogged sink. Had to replace a smoke detector battery myself after two days of beeping. Recent contract discussion was all in favor of the apartment manager. The big pool is over run by kids and guests, shortage of deck furniture. My unit was new and some of the electric outlets did not work satisfactorily.
