Washing machines and dryers stay brokennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. My shower has sitting water since I moved here! Its Read More disgusting. My fridge reeks of something rotten because the maintenance wouldn't listen when I said my food was going bad. Wasted money on food because he wouldn't bring a new one, even after I said a NEW gallon of milk had went bad. The paint is cheap and peels off right along with the wall sockets, or if you're cleaning something off of it. Closet door has been off track and wont go back on since the first day I ever opened it. My oven is ancient, probably about 40 years old. No temp settings on the knobs. Maintenance is too lazy so they force a knob from a random oven onto mine and the temp settings still don't match the actual temperature. He never put new stove knobs so a lot of things get burned. The fact that he was so lazy I didn't even bother to tell him one of my burners doesn't work. The fake wood floors are also very cheap. Nothing keeps them clean. Water, wood products, or any cleaning products. It turns white when it dries..... SO WEIRD. Allllllll these problems that should've been fixed before I moved in and front office always has the nerve to make sure tenants pay their $10 monthly rental insurance bill!!! Its very inconsiderate. These are considered luxury rentals?? The only thing luxury is that front lobby.

I've lived in the building for 3 years now. I've always felt safe and you can't beat the location for the pric Read Moree you pay. The surrounding neighborhood isn't so great, but I drive right through so it doesn't bother me. I wish that staff was more stable. Management, front office staff and security staff has separate overhauls every 6 months or so so about every other month, there is someone new working in the building. Otherwise, no major complaints.

Nothing works in the bldg. Garbage disposal, washer/dryer, water shut off for hours or days at a time. My apt Read Morehas flooded by other apts flooding, halls flood over and over. Highly OVERPRICED. 4 murders half a block away. Gated property with gates left open. Filthy grounds, people don't pick up after themselves or dogs. Garbage rooms and shoots reak. It is the worst place I have lived in my 66 yrs.

I've been waiting for years for this apartment building to get a new owner and management company who would ca Read Morere about the residents and make renovations to this long-neglected building. My wish came true! We now have Pinnacle Management, and they're excellent. The new owner has transformed the building from old and drab to new and modern. This apartment building now has a distinctive and fresh look!
