I've been waiting for years for this apartment building to get a new owner and management company who would ca Read Morere about the residents and make renovations to this long-neglected building. My wish came true! We now have Pinnacle Management, and they're excellent. The new owner has transformed the building from old and drab to new and modern. This apartment building now has a distinctive and fresh look!

Lots of noise due to construction while remodeling, also they put faux wood floors and you can hear every step Read More they make and everything they drop, even a phone charger cord.

This has been by far the worst apartments i've ever lived in. It was fairly decent before new management took Read Moreover and hired new staff. All of which were very rude and made you feel like a bother. The apartment was in poor condition when first moving in, and trying to get maintenance to fix all of the broken things was a joke. They very rarely came, and for us it was only when our whole hallway flooded due to them not coming to fix our shower when we requested it over five times.

We lose hot water often. Also, I don't like all of the unnecessary islands that they build in the parking lot Read More. It makes the entrance/exit to the parking lot more congested and only serves to remove parking spaces. It's much harder to find a space now.
