You could never catch the office open. Very seldom was anyone in the office to answer any questions or to pic Read Morek up a package the post office had left in the office.

I had a unit next to the pool and the noise from the children was overwhelming. When I called the office to as Read Morek them to ask the parents to keep it down nothing happened. Half of the people visiting the pool did not live in the complex (probably guests of tenants). I know children are allowed in the units so I guess next time I'll select an all adult community.

Concerns about children playing in driveways and using wheeled vehicles in rea restricted by the rules given w Read Morehen lease was signed are sometimes ignored.Daily parking behind garages that limit access to ones garage and create safety hazards seem to not be a concern of management .There seems to be no consistence enforcement of the rules written in the lease agreements.Changing managers so often seems to create lack of consistency and concern.
