    Terms

    Our lease terms are: 6 months, 7 months, 8 months, 9 months, 10 months, 11 months, 12 months, 13 months, 14 months, 15 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).
    Pet Policy: $25 pet rent. $300 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Reflections at the Lakes accepts both cats & dogs up to 100 pounds, fully grown only- no puppies or kittens please. 2 pets max. We do charge a $200 fee & $100 deposit per pet. The monthly pet rent is $25.00 per pet. We do not allow aggressive breeds including German Shepard, Pitbull, Rotweillar, Sharpei, Chow or Akita. We do require shot records & a picture of your little buddy at move in.

    Our apartment was renovated prior to move-in, and was in excellent condition. From the initial visit to the ap Read Moreartment, to the leasing and move-in process, we had a wonderful experience at Reflections. The Staff is amazing, and very attentive to all requests. The location and security of the place couldn't be better, either. I would recommend anyone seeking apartment housing in Las Vegas to move to this community.

    Like it a lot here but new ownership after making many repairs and upgrades started charging residents for pes Read Moret control and outside water usage which shouldn't be in addition to rent.

    The apartment and the facilities are very good for the price.
    I read that this apartment had spider problem
    Read Mores, but I didn't see too many.
    I did found maybe 10 spider in my 1 year lease.
    The biggest problem for me were the thin walls. Fortunately I lived on the top floor, I had complains from the bottom and I honestly barely moved lol.
