The staff is attentive to our needs, but are unable to fulfill for the lack of support from the upper manageme Read Morent. Tenant failure to pick their pet's feces, tenants allowing their guest to park in covered parking for overnight usage, leasing tenants must find parking outside of the parking area which they lease. The Security, that we did have are not fulfilling the requirements of their job, I not sure that we have security now. This could be a nice complex to live in, but the lack of respect that tenants have for their neighbors, i.e. loud music, parking, pets.
It was also my assumption that large dogs i.e. pits bulls and dogs alike were not allowed on the property but there are.
Otherwise I enjoy the convenience of the location, bus, park, shopping is great.

Thank you for your review. It is always our intention to have our residents enjoy their stay with us and provide resolutions for issues that arise. Our courtesy patrol is here daily at different times. Any time you witness something such as a guard on their phone excessively or in our facilities not inspecting them, please stop by or call the office the following day to let us know so we may address it immediately. Unfortunately, not all pet owners are responsible in picking up after their beloved pets. We will alert our maintenance team to maintain the potty stations daily as well as our grounds. We contract our towing company to come out weekly and monthly to assist in tagging. All vehicles that get towed do get a proper 24 hour notice placed on the vehicle for any corrective action that needs to be taken. When I first moved in I was not happy,.. Noise, work out room, kids hanging around, pool was not clean.. Thing Read Mores have improved a great deal. Thank You Sedona Lone Mountain,
