Silverado Ranch Park, operated by Clark County, offers lots opportunities for outdoor fun. This 22-acre facility is somewhat new. It includes a dog park, huge playground, water play areas, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, a waling trail, with fitness stations, picnic areas and skate park. The community is dotted with small neighborhood parks as well.

Apartments in the Silverado Ranch rental market tend to be a bit more pricey than other areas of Las Vegas. Rent on one-bedroom apartments starts at around $725 to $750 for a typical complex. Two-bedrooms in similar buildings rent for between $800 and $890 monthly. More upscale buildings command higher rents starting at $900 monthly for a one bedroom. Condos, townhomes and single-family homes can be rented in the Silverado Ranch community, too. If you work at the airport or The Strip, your commute can be as short as 15 minutes.
