St. Lucia Apartments pros: Friendly management, Fast turn around for maintenance, Pest control has made my a Read Morepartment virtually bug free. Awesome amenities (pool, picnic area, gym, country club),My neighbors are actuality quiet (rare but true), Energy cost is low EASY PARKING no reserved covered spots (unless you need to reserve a handicapped space and then you get your own) Cons: Creaky upstairs floors from old structure. No recycling dumpsters, dog feces on side walks, trash on ground a lot.

Excellent maintenance always quick and to respond to any problem. Office help is good they're very busy, they Read Moreneed more help in the office. The manager very nice always tries to make sure that she greets you and that your needs are met. Wonderful place to bring up a family.

The Gardners Only Clean Up In The Community Areas I Have A Large Tree Outside That Drops Needles On My Patio, Read MoreOutside On The Sidewalk, And By My Door. The Outside Light Has Been Out For Two Months. I Can Not See Who Is At The Door After Dark. There Is No Drop Box For Rent. I Have Had To Walk To The Office Three Times To Catch Someone There. Cars Speed Through The Parking Lot At Ridiculous Rates Of Speed Coming Close To Hitting Kids And Pets. Put Up Speed Limit Signs And Follow Up With Tickets.
