When the hot water heater and the A/C needed to be replaced because of old age, Stonegate took their time in r Read Moreeplacing the worn out water heater and they NEVER replaced the A/C that didn't blow cold air. The maintenance person kept saying that because I lived on the upstairs unit and heat travels up, it seems hotter! I knew from him continually giving me that lame excuse that the company that owns the Stonegate Apts were very cheap and didn't want to replace the A/C unit that was obviously old!

GHETTO. Unhelpful staff, office staff changed every other week, we went through multiple management companies Read More as well. Property is old, run down, uncaring staff, scary neighborhood. If you search this property online you will find toms of awful reviews.

Everyone seems friendly. The only problem I have is you towed my truck for parking in a handicapped spot that Read MoreI was parking in for over a year. My tag was not where it needed to be. But I thought you might look out for your residents but you don't. But I am handicapped and $280.00 to get my truck back was a hug burden. The office staff new nothing and did not help at all.

My rent check was put in their secure box after hours. Ghat box was broken into by someone. When we questioned Read More what happened, we were told nothing. We had a receipt for our rent, but were told we had to pay again!!! Their fault & we got NO HELP FROM MANAGEMENT!! Very poor service!!

Needed to request maintenance of items in the apartment multiple times and would be ignored for weeks and then Read More they were poorly prepared to fix things that were wrong.
