The staff is very friendly and helpful. My 80 year old mother lives at the Boulders and they take wonderful ca Read Morere of her. If there are any problems or needs, they are immediately taken care of. If I have to stop by the office, the office staff is wonderful. Also, the Boulders grounds are beautiful (and facilities). My mother is very happy there.

Being treated as a unit, rather than a resident, is not how I prefer to live in a community. This place has s Read Moreeen drastic management changes since I've moved, and I don't agree with many of the new policies. The renewal contract is delivered 1 day before 30 day notice is required, not giving fair time to consider options, regardless of state requirements of notification, or not. That, and constant rent increases, is the reason I will be leaving this community.

It would be excellent if: There were designated smoking buildings (especially for drug abusers). Pet clean u Read Morep areas were attended to more regularly- empty trash bags, replace pet clean up bags. The fitness room clean up wipes were regularly checked/replaced and modernize the equipment.
