Certified Resident

The outside grounds are not being taken care of as the once were, cigsrette butts thrown all arpund, pebbles n Read Moreot being swept off the walkways, trash in the parking areas, homeless car dwellers parked next to dumpsters all day, doesnt seem to be any security walking around.& any increase in rent is out of the question.
