Looks like Manhattan is no longer available on Rent.com which means this information is likely out of date.
Brand new Penthouse Loft off the South Strip in Vegas.
Two years ago I purchased a 1452 square foot loft in a new mid-rise community currently being built. The name of it is the Manhattan, and it is located right off the Las Vegas Blvd "strip". It is located one block up from the brand new hotel / casino "the SouthCoast". This loft has 1452 sq. ft plus a 50sq.ft. balcony, 20 foot ceilings, and $30K in pre-built upgrades, and never been lived in. It is going to be phenomenally beautiful, and unfortunately I need to rent it out upon closing. It's worth $2000K and month, but try me...
This loft will be available by Oct. 15th, or sooner. I have all the info. on it for "serious" inquiries only!
The Manhattan is a mid-rise community that boasts, new "style" construction, with residential underground parking, 24 hr. guard gated community, a million dollar clubhouse, a central park lined with trees and walking paths, BBQ's etc., pre-wired for modern electronics, other pool and tennis courts. On-site concierge and movie room. The majority of the units are various 1,2 and 3 bedroom condos. Spaced out only on the "top", are the "penthouse" lofts. They are truly unique!!! There is also a Central Park lined with huge trees, walking paths and barbeques.
My loft boasts hardwood flooring, tile, three different types of granite, upgraded kitchen, incl. all stainless steel, contemporary cabinets, built-in wine cooler, faucets etc... Since it is a loft it is an open-floor plan with a staircase which leads to the bedroom as a loft, within the loft. The loft also has two bathrooms (one up, one down). It also contains a 50 sq.ft. balcony, which looks out upon trees and a pool.
I will have digital pictures shortly.
I may be open to a Lease-Option to buy.
Once again, serious inquiries only!
