More insulation in between apartments and ones above or below would help cut down on noise for shift workers. Read More People who are transferred by their company or Federal Agency should not be punished by management for having to break lease if the individual can prove the company or agency is transferring them. Seems you give the courtesy to military personnel, but not federal employees (who usually are vets themselves). I think this shows a greedy aspect to management. Not a favorable impression.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you had a disappointing experience. Federal law permits active military to break a lease, but does not extend this to other transfers. Our intention is not to make the move-out process arduous, but to adhere to the NAA Lease. Our company does offer concessions to residents transferring to a sister community in another city. We love the community: the location, the people, the space, the grounds, the faciliites and especially the mai Read Morentanence - they are very quick about getting things fixed.
We do have an issue with cockroaches (thankfully no big ones, just little ones which is why it hasn't been a huge deal-breaker). We were not very pleased that our rent went up when we resigned our lease and we are concerned that it might go up again when our current lease is up.

I had a lot of problems with them. They said they were kid friendly, but they were Not . My son is disabled an Read Mored they were not very nice to him. Being his age was 19 but his level was 10. He wanted to play in park , I understood he was too heavy for slide and all that but we were just happy sitting and playing in sand , they said no !!!I would not reccomend to anyone to live there ever ! Matter a fact Corporate said it was ok to leave a little early on our lease but still trying to get blood out
