I have lived here for 14 years. That should be a good reason. I did not rate excellent, because of the transie Read Morent nature of a rental community, sometimes the other tenants can be below par.

My husband and I have 20 years experience in residential property management and know quality performance. The Read More office and maintenance staff are responsive to all needs and requests and resolve any issues very quickly. Everyone is always friendly and upbeat. We really enjoy our home here.

The apartment had many minor issues that I was not aware of when I moved in which I am sure I will be forced t Read Moreo pay for when I move out. My neighbors are horrible: ranging from needy, to creepy, to delusional sociopath (3 separate people). Management needs to be more respectful of people and not jump to conclusions about their lifestyle and be more diplomatic about complaints-and shouldn't be so rude when someone asks to go month-to-month to find a new home.

very quiet working class complex, condition okay but could be improved, patio storage door in bad shape, will Read Morenot lock, over all meets my needs
