The bathroom and kitchen are in horrible condition. The bathroom ceiling frequently floods, the refrigerator Read Moreleaks, the cabinets are falling apart and some don't close. The bathtub grout is coming out and needs to be re-applied. The maintenance guy is very nice and shows up immediately, but he is trying to save a sinking ship. The apartments are in dire need of renovation.

These apartment are really run down. The maintenance guy does his best, but you guys really need to do some up Read Moredates. Every day when my neighbor takes a shower water leaks through the ceiling into my shower stale below. My fridge had to be replaced a few weeks after i moved in because it kept leaking all over the floor. The apartment is so poorly insulated that when it gets winding leafs and dirt actually blow under the front door. If you stand next to the windows you can feel the chill coming th

No amenities and it is in a bad part of town. First night there was a drive by with a guy trying to push his g Read Moreirlfriend out of the car. Not very family friendly neighborhood. We tried to plant a flower outside of our apartment and the landscapers kept killing it and it seemed like we were in "their" way walking outside.

I was a resident for 3.5 years, with 4 managers of the property. for the most part it was a good place to live Read More, although at times the maintenance was lacking. The last management in June 2008 was probably the best one. If I ever moved back to Reno i would consider this apartment for residence.
