Management changed often, When we moved in, Management seemed, fair,and honest. They were soon replaced with Read Morenew management. who although the new management were very friendly, they were not so honest with tenants. I found that tenants had to stay on top of what their lease said. Also Prices went up every year, while snow removal and landscaping went down. Sidewalks a danger to walk on. Winter season only.

We were treated extremely well by both management and staff. The units and amenities were perfect for our need Read Mores.

Everything I need is here. Friendly people. You can be as social or as private that you want. The facilities Read More are clean and very well taken care off. Pet friendly also. My two dogs now have playmates! Being so close to the beach is an added plus.
