It was far too noisy. You could hear every word and every footstep of the neighbors upstairs. Unfortunately, Read More they were on some sort of shift schedule, so that meant they were walking around and talking almost every night from 1AM-4AM. For the high cost of the apartment, it was a shame to hardly ever get a good night's sleep.
