    We were promised a wide variety of amenities and services before we moved in and found it to be a true case of Read More "truth in advertising" in the three years we have been residents. All the staff help us to feel at home.

    Clean, secure great location. The windows need repair or replacement and the rugs were not cleaned before I mo Read Moreved in and the previouse renter has a cat. The rent increased to much with each year.

    The apartment I rented had 9 windows in the living room and 6 of them had blown seals, which cost me more mone Read Morey for heating & cooling and allowed all the traffic noise to get in too. There was also a draft so strong it would sometime blow papers off the window sill. I told the front office, was put on awaiting list and was told they might get to it in a year or two. Also, the rent increase after a year was outrageous.

    Hello: We appreciate you taking the time to review our property. I believe that you occupied your apartment during the time that our $4.5 million dollar renovation had just been completed. These particular renovations included new kitchens (top to bottom), new fixtures, new common areas including all hallways, lobby, amenities, etc. With these upgrates, rents were adjusted to the demand of the property.
