It is very good community but the apartments are old and windows are not sealed properly it would be good if t Read Morehey upgraded their amenities but for the price we pay it is a decent apartment.

Boulder Park is in a great location. The grounds are well kept and the pool is beautiful. The actual apartments Read Moreare in need or some updates, kitchens are small and outdated. The windows are drafty, heating costs get high. The clubhouse and gym are a joke. The office staff doesn't want residents making any noise too close to their offices which are right there. The machines are usually broken and not working properly.

Fair is generous. The apartments were old and drafty. Utility cost is excessive for size. The complex staff Read More was never friendly except for one particular individual. The complex manager was unprofessional and didn't ever act like tenants issues were notable. The exercise equipment was often broken. Rents were very overpriced for the quality of life provided.
