Overall it's a nice place to live, however I rated it good rather than excellent because the building is proba Read Morebly around 40 years old. The appliances & bath and kitchen fixtures need to be upgraded.

Great management, any time we needed something fixed someone was over within 24 hours. The lawn and pool areas Read More are kept nice and clean.

The main issue that I have, or perhaps the only one is that there is a problem here with noisy neighbors. The Read Morewalls are seemingly very thin and I have found complaints made by management to not always be respected. Or not rectified.
