The office staff is very friendly prior to you moving in, after that they have a tendency of being rude and no Read Moret caring about any questions or comments that you have. The emails for maintenance requests to fix things are acknowledged but then never fixed until you go to the owner with the complaint.

The maintenance staff is always timely when you call in a work order, however I've had a few times they didn't Read More actually fix the problem. However, it always goes back to the way it was. The appliances in the kitchen are cheap, especially the dishwasher.
