We moved into a untit hat was infested with bed bugs. They ended up moving us to another unit, with us incurre Read Mored costs due to this. The other unit was better, but run down.

The office staff is very friendly prior to you moving in, after that they have a tendency of being rude and no Read Moret caring about any questions or comments that you have. The emails for maintenance requests to fix things are acknowledged but then never fixed until you go to the owner with the complaint.

The maintenance staff is always timely when you call in a work order, however I've had a few times they didn't Read More actually fix the problem. The toilet runs at random times when no one is using it, and has since we moved in a year ago. I've put in at least five work orders, and everytime someone comes out and fixes it. However, it always goes back to the way it was. The appliances in the kitchen are cheap, especially the dishwasher.

It is not exactly child friendly. The community itself is over all nice, however, there is not much for the ch Read Moreildren to do without much complaint by neighbors. Example being...A pool was made for residents, but there is a horseshoe pit built that NO ONE uses, and now a fire pit that NO ONE uses. This could have been space for a playground or basketball court or something for children to safely play in instead of the parking lot.
