The location is awful, really. It's right on 108, and in the winter, there is just nowhere to go. You cannot w Read Morealk to town or around the property. The building is dated and units small. Also, as one of the few pet friendly locations in town, it is always full and turnover is high, which means some neighbors are awful and some are ok. The rules are more or less strictly enforced, plowing is frequent in the winter & lighting is ok.
