Great Landscape but a bit far from daily necessity stores. Friendly staff but commitments need followup.

Not nearly enough parking for the number of residents and no guest parking, overrun with stray cats, people do Read Moren't leash their dogs or pick up after them

Management does nothing about any of these issues

I wish that there was a water hook up on the exterior of the rental property. In addition, there the back of Read Morethe building exterior and patios need power washing.
I was very pleased withe the prompt snow removal this winter!

Well the front door has never been painted ever since we moved in this apartment. We requested this and our re Read Morequest has not been fulfilled. The in December we got a notice that all the doors will be painted. Ours hasn't been painted yet. The quality of material in this apartment is awful the screen door on the back of our house -keeps falling off. The track doors for the closets keep falling off the track one day I am afraid it will fall on one of my kids. The quality of the toilets are terrible too when we moved in they were in bad condition and so were the carpets. We would like to see them changed we have been living in this apartment for 7 years.

I havent been reading community newsletters much. However would be glad to know if there is more active commun Read Moreication on community get togethers, gatherings and creating community feel. One way to approach people could be sending newsletters to their email IDs.
