Parking is the problem cause some visitors parks on our reserved parking. It happened more than once.

There should be a cut back in the number of inspections you have. I had 4 inspections in a matter of 7 months Read Moreearlier this year which honestly is making me reconsider renewing my lease. I understand the mandatory state inspections, but maybe pair the non-state inspections with the state inspections to cut down on the number of annoyances to residents.

The building rug is old and dirty and the cigarrette smell in the building entrance is nasty.
