Certified Resident

The maintenence is horrible. We asked to get our window fixed, someone dropped by, telling us he'll be right b Read Moreack with a new one. Today it is almost a MONTH since he went back. We can't even open our living room window when we want to. It is so embarrassing infront of guests. Plus, even though we got exterminated, we still have tons of roaches in our kitchen. They even get in our food!

Do something about the eyesore of a "tennis court. Tear it down. Put up a picnic area with a gazebo or somet Read Morehing. It's a waste of space and the only major complaint about the community I have. The rear entrance to Northgate building needs a new lock. My key won't work in it

I have been here 8 years and my apartment has had minor fludding by storms 3 times. I can't afford the rent mu Read Morech longer. I don't like paying for water and sewer. I am planning to move out in a few months.

Assigned parking us definitely needed and also the upkeep of the exterior ofmy building is terrible. I vacuum Read Moreaand clean the windows in the hallways once a week. Maybe you could try having a building captain in every section. Maybe taking off Luke 30.00 off their rent for keeping up with their area. Just a suggestion.
