Rent is increased every year, however, improvements are hardly ever made. The property's condition is very tac Read Moreky-looking. Years ago the property appearance was very beautiful, today it looks the complete opposite. Some apartments are infested with mice and management does nothing about it. I have requested repairs for the past 4 years, in the common area, and nothing has been done as of yet. The service is definitely not worth the high cost of rent and stress.

It was a nice place when we moved in here.everything was taken care right away.now it is totally different.no Read Moreone bother to do anything. mantanence is very poor.after these apartments have became pets friendly.the animal waste is all over the property.Repeated complaints makes no difference.new rules Lack of man power and irresponsible management is the main cause.it is deteriorating by the day.family people are moving out.Some of the new parking rules are rediculous.

The apartments are very cold in the winter. I have my heat on full blast and my apartment will not get hotter Read Morethen 61. It is very drafty. The hot water is also not very good on the weekends for some reason.
