People Are Friendly And Maintenance Is Right On The Ball

Office staff is not very professional and not very willing to help. They make you wait a long time whenever as Read Moreking for anything and make you feel like more of an inconvenience than a valued resident. I've been here close to a year and it hasn't impressed me at all.

the apartments lost my rent check saying they never received it. I paid the late fee and the next month they Read Moredeposited my previous months checks. Not happy with the bookkeeping department, but the apartments are relatively nice. Everyone else on the office staff is great.

I called maintenence numerous times due to my apt being 60-65 instead of the setting of 72. After several fail Read Moreed attempts...finally someone today solved the problem, and the problem should have been blatently obvious to any of the others. Thank goodness for this man. I can now sit in my living room without shivering! He even checked back a few hours later to make sure everything was going as planned....something none of the other workers ever did. I am so thankful you have him on your team!
