64 Park Avenue Resident
I think the neighborhood, location, rent price and the basic quality of the apartment for what we pay, is good Read More, I am pleased. However, the management agency is not very responsive or tentative there are basic age issues with the apartment. There is no parking other than street parking, which is annoying at times. Also there are a few fixes in the remainder of the building, which would really clean the place up a bit. However having said all this, I still like living here.
