There was little to no effort beyond the minimum to keep the complex functioning. In the 3 years we lived ther Read Moree, there was no attempt to improve any of the facilities and there was reluctance from management to even properly maintain what was there. The price point for the complex was only justifiable based on the severe lack of dog-friendly apartments in the area. If we did not have a dog we certainly would not have moved/stayed at Treetop Apartments.

I love it here. The maintenance man is so nice and comes out right away to help you.
It is a little pricey Read More, but I like it. I wish that we could have a washer and dryer in each unit.

The grounds were unkept. Rules regarding dogs were not enforced. There was supposed to be a size limit on dogs Read More yet our upstairs neighbor had a dog that was easily twice the size limit. It created a miserable amount of noise jumping around in the middle of the night. Also the outside areas were Constantly full of dog feces.

There was too much noise, and then a drug dealer moved into the apartment next door which created a whole othe Read Morer set of problems. They charge an extra $100 per month just to have a dog. Most other (better) apartment complexes usually just take a one time deposit. The rent was going to be raised as well and it would've been way too expensive for the lack of amenities.
