Our beautiful renovated units have ceramic tile and new appliances. The option for a renovated unit is also available to transfer to. Also speaking with manangement regarding rent raises and condition of apartment would be an option for the tenant.

Inside the apartments are nice, until the ceiling started cracking and floor is bowed.. doors jam from humidit Read Morey, hot water/heat constantly goes out, atleast once a week. They fix it pretty quickly during the day, but at 10pm-5am its pretty hard to get someone out here.. plus its when its coldest. Parking lots and sidewalks get neglected when it snows. A few things were rushed when we moved in, although we told them its not problem to wait a week or two to move in. Pool is always full also.

I liked the location and community of Rydal. I never had any problems there and they were very nice and accom Read Moreadating. My only complaint was that I prefer to have a washer/ dryer in the apt, but overall, it was a great place!

The staff was unfriendly. I was blamed for things I did not do and was threatened to be evicted when I had don Read Moree nothing wrong. I paid my rent on time, kept to myself, and kept the apartment in the best shape I could. I was overall a great tenant and treated poorly. The apartment was disgusting and infested with house centipedes.
