I moved in with little info of the apartment besides seeing a unit a friend had. Apartment needs updating, thi Read Morengs aren't always built right, but they're small fixes which you can easily do yourself. Walls are thin and maintenance man is tough to communicate your problems too. Overall though, this is a good apartment to get your feet wet. Price is fair and everything included except cable and electric. Worth a shot if you're on a budget and looking in the area.

Only one maintenance worker who tries to keep everything up. Older apartments require more work - he needs he Read Morelp. My apartment should've had new carpeting because it had deep grooves in it as well as cat urine odor & stains that became apparent 2 weeks after the deep steam cleaning the front office declared was all that was necessary. Front office is cheap. Neighborhood is nice, maint guy is great.

You get what you pay for. It's cheap rent but the building are a little rough. So are the appliances. For i Read Morenstance, I can't use my shelves in my refrigerator door because they have all broke off. They were originally taped on when I moved in. Also, maintenance staff is overworked. You have to make several calls before anything gets fixed, if it ever does. Even things you might consider important such as AC or a window that won't lock.

We moved into the apartment and later found out the previous resident nearly burned the place down. Bugs cons Read Moretantly were sneaking in through the air conditioner and doors/windows. The interior doors wouldn't close, they were jammed or the clearence was wrong. The water was brown all the time poor water pressure and the staff was rude and very slow about repairs. Overall it was a bad experience. I now live at Southgate/Rydel and its heaven here for nearly $80 cheaper a month.
