They take care of issues immediately. The grounds are kept clean and groomed. They could update the applianc Read Morees and counters in the kitchen and update the pet policy. Also a little more recreation for the children would be nice.

It is a very nice and secure community. The leasing office has a great staff and the maintenance service has b Read Moreeen very prompt.During the winter storms the staff worked vigorously and efficiently to get the complex walkway and drive cleaned for residents. It is a great experience living here at Whiton Hills.

I loved living at Whiton Hills. I lived there for 4 years, and the place was very well kept up and very spaci Read Moreous for the money. The location was quiet, safe, and beautiful. Nothing really to walk to around this, so not in a location where there's a lot of action, but the price and space definitely made up for it to me. The staff was responsive and helpful, and while I didn't know my neighbors well, I had no complaints of them. Overall I'd highly recommend living there.

Half of the apartment is not insulated properly. Extreme cold in the winter and very warm in the summer. The Read Moreapartment is not sealed, so come spring time, I live with centipedes and spiders. Terribly scary. Counter tops and cabinets are extremely old.
