Certified Resident

The building looks a little older on the outside, but the inside is well maintained. I would like to see the s Read Moretairwells cleaned a little more, as i use them frequently and residents sometimes spill beverages or drop trash.

I LIVE IN THE COLONIALS, WEST BUILDING. I USE THE STEPS EVERY DAY. MOST OF THE TIME, THEY ARE DIRTY WITH DOG U Read MoreRINE AND FECAL MATTER. I HAVE TO WALK AROUND IT. ALSO, THE SIDE DOOR IN THE WEST BUILDING IS SHATTERED WITH CRACKED GLASS AND BEEN LIKE THIS FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS. DOES IT TAKE THAT LONG TO REPLACE A DOOR? I WISH THERE WAS MORE MAINTENANCE IN THE PARK AREA. THE PARK EQUIPMENT NEEDS CLEANING AND ALSO THE GROUND AREA AROUND IT.

Overall we are generally satisfied with our apartment home and the Colonials community. However, there are a f Read Moreew issues that we feel need improvement. Broken parking lot lights need replacement. Stairwells are dark and dirty. Elevators are dingy with unpleasant odors and need ventilation. Apartment electrical system need upgrading. Kitchen and bathroom flooring is low quality. Kitchen and bathroom ventilation is not efficient. Bathtub needs recoating/replacement.

Every time someone enters my apartment I would like to receive a note saying they were there and for what reas Read Moreon. I haven't seen a note from maintenance or pest control in last 4-6 months. And apparently they have been there in between.
