Deposit is $300 per pet. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, Pitbull, Akita, Doberman, German Shepard, Rottweiler, and Chow Chow. No exotic pets allowed.

This is one of the best Apartments that I have stayed in, Leasing experience and leasing staff was good and he Read Morelpful, maintenance staff was very prompt and courteous. Nice and clean swimming pool and club house. I would love to stay again at the grand Cherry Hill

The apartment was recently renovated; appliances were new. The maintenance staff promptly took care of minor i Read Moressues. The 24 hour security worked very well. The people in the management office were excellent. The pool was fabulous. The gym had brand new equipment although when we reported a broken piece of equipment, it was not fixed promptly. There was repetitive cracking on the apt. walls, maybe because the building was over 40 years old. The apts and hallways were NOT soundproof.

I have lived at The Grand for over two years and absolutely love it! The staff is amazing, from maintenance to Read More property managers, they are all wonderful and provide exceptional service!
