It would be very helpful if there were something like a commercial laundry cart available to help with moving. Read More (One of the very nice maintenance guys lent me the one used for the trash. He put a piece of carpet in the bottom so it wasn't too dirty, but it was still kind of icky. In any case, it is used for the trash so I don't think it is generally available.)

Someone should go around and check if projects in the building are completed. Not individual apartments just Read Morethe hallways. There was new rugs put in and on my floor there is a portion that is not complete and no one has fixed it in over a year.

I submitted a request online for someone to look at my AC unit. I was told that I would be contacted, because Read More I wanted to be home when maintenance entered my apartment. I did not receive a call, and had no idea that the work order was completed. Did someone NOT follow myu instructions? What work was done to resolve this?
