Friendly,quiet,clean,roomy...I would still be there if I've lost my job. Shopping area was so close by and th Read Moree parkway was right there for you. You could really walk, to the shopping area. Love love love it.. And the 24 hr maintenance was always there for u. Laundry room was a problem not enough machines. And most of all the Clark policeman surveillance of the complex was great. You didn't feel afraid at night when you came home..

Not easy to getin touch with the on site super. No blinds in our apartment and they wouldn't give us any. They Read More write in the lease you need to leave the blinds on the Windows or it comes out of your security. So why do we have no blinds? on site laundry Leaves clothes dirty and costs less to go off site. Told us no dogs over 25 pounds but there are Dobermans, German shepherds, and a great Dane walking around. We gave up our dog to a family member because of the size restrictions.

Our maintenance staff tries their best to identify residents with larger dogs and send them a notice. We are also in the process of upgrading our laundry rooms.We do provide blinds for the windows, Please PM us email@example.com so we can resolve this issue and provide you with the blinds you deserve.
I love the area the apartments are located in. My wife and I feel safe and its close to any store you may need Read More. The downside is maintance. If you call for an issue with your apartment it takes weeks for someone to address it. The cleanup after snow storms is also very slow and some of the apartments are very outdated. Ex. In my apartment the kitchen cabinets are repainted and falling apart.

Apartments are clean when you move in. But management does nothing about any issues you might have after you m Read Moreove in. In addition, they make up reasons why they won't give you your full deposit back.

Overall the area is quiet and very safe. I'm not happy that when I've called their 24/7 service line it someti Read Moremes takes days and several calls to get anyone to respond. The office seems to send out notices alerting you to gutter cleaning, repaving ect with only next day notice, requiring you to fight for parking on the street. I think they could improve the rating by simply putting more effort into their communication with tenants. You get the feeling your rent check is all that matters to them.
