Pros: Building is aesthetically pleasing, maintenance is fast, workout room contains all necessary equipment, Read Moreoffice staff have a good system for packages/deliveries and location of apartment is close to everything (Patco, eateries, shops) Cons: Garbage disposal is outside a walk away, no real amenities other than the gym and a small (5+ person event) community room, lots of parking but folks don't abide by parking passes and noise is sometimes an issue.

Beautiful apartment with lots of closets and natural light, kind and responsive staff, great snow removal duri Read Moreng the blizzard! Main complaint is that we have to walk all the way to the other side of the parking lot to take out our trash, which is annoying for luxury apartments and for the not inconsiderable amount of rent we pay! Also the package delivery system hasn't quite been worked out (only available to pick up during work hours, as in, when I'm away at work!)
