The location is great and management is very responsive to maintenance requests. However, the size of the seco Read Morend bedroom is very small and not everything in the apartment is of the highest quality (ex. The latex paint on all the doors started coming off the day we moved in). Also, in the wintertime the boiler pilot frequently goes out; I woke up multiple times to a freezing apartment at 3am. However, there is an emergency maintenance line and they would come fix it very quickly.

My biggest criticism is that the rent increases every single year (for four years), yet our apartment continue Read Mores to get more run-down (it is a very old building). Our two-bedroom unit has one small window-unit-style air conditioner in the living room, so the bedrooms are very hot. We noticed they have started installing additional air conditioners in the bedrooms of other units, but when we asked for one, we were told it's not in the budget. It's also too hot in the winter due to the radiators!

What I saw in the unit, parking, and neighborhood really met my expectations during my year of residence. My r Read Moreoommate and I found communication with the property manager to be met with immediacy and warmth, as well as professionalism. We were comfortable and able to handle the normal hiccups of daily life!
