Should have smoke-free blocks of units--my neighbor downstairs smokes nonstop and pollutes my apartment throug Read Moreh the sliding glass door. It is awful. Very little sense of community here, nobody talks to each other. Maintenance requests are addressed just enough to put a band aid on things, never really fix them for the long haul. Don't see any reason to have installed playground equipment and pull up bars around the complex--hope this wasn't paid for with rent income.

I will be moving , I was told I could not leave 10 days early because it would be breaking my lease , no flexa Read Morebility with the management after I have paid on time rent every month. I am not happy with that or the parking situation , I often have to park around the corner from my apt. Because of these two things I would not rent from this company again . I don't see why they won't work with me on the last ten days of my lease..Ridiculous .

Parking. There is no parking after 6. Tow/remove all junk cars that have been sitting here for months!

Read More same people parking their jalopies near dumpsters and mailboxes every night.
