The Monarch!

      The management in this "luxury" building is the worse of its kind. And indeed - Building is far from luxury, i Read Morets more like a Hotel.
      And sadly, the management is far from professional. They are just looking to get as many leases signed as possible. Without any incentives of any kind. In fact, you have to pay and extra $600 for "amenities" upfront additional to Rent & Security. Yet the pool is only open 3months, from hours 10-7pm. So if you work late, you'll get no use of the pool. Unless you stay home on weekends to be able to feel like you didn't pay $600 for nothing.

      Its more of a hotel with lots of traffic all day and all night.
      IF.. you happened to decide to live here please do not take a unit by the front as you will not be able to sleep at night with the constant rolling of the gate with vehicles coming in and out all night long.

      The constant email harassment from Property Manager over rules and regulations is really annoying.

      I'll share one of my many disappointments.
      ....When Viewing the unit I explained that I am a single mom and my boys live with their dad but do visit and stay with me only 3 times a week. They advised this is "ok".. 2 months in the apartment I get a Notice to Cease. Due "to my son occupying the unit"...

      A friend in the building was given a "3 day Court notice" to vacate or get locked out of her apartment for owing 1 back rent due to medical issues. She no longer lives there.

      This is not a good place to live. There are plenty of superb luxury buildings for the same amount of money out there. Not this place.

      The management always send emails to warn the residents for doing something and rarely sent emails to add fun, Read More wish something, tell good news or excited news that makes you feel you live in a family environmental. The relationship is like a police and a preson or something like that. However, all door men are awesome which they take the most pressure we have from the management office specially the new staff.

      -The place is far from luxury . The heating/cooling unit is subpar. Its cheap hotel grade quality. Other luxu Read Morery buildings have central air. -The trash chute takes long to cycle through the options. You can hear most glass items break by the time they make it down. Its a hassle to haul boxes down to the garage. -Hallways smell like trash. Smell seeps into unit. -The amenities are ok, but ridiculous cost.Terrace should not close for the winter. Pool not open long enough.
