I think each tenant should have their own meter. Find a way to insulated or sound proof the apartments, i ca Read Moren hear everything that goes on in my neighbors apt. EVERYTHING! As I know, they can in, my, apartment.

I personally feel that rent is high compared to other apartments near by. Especially since there is no gym, po Read Moreol or even basketball courts. The inside of the apartments are a little out of date ie: faucets, AC, unsealed windows.
